Dr Knower completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in 2001 from the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Monash University, Clayton, Australia. In 2006, he completed his PhD research through Monash University at the Human Molecular Genetics laboratory at Prince Henry's Institute. In 2007, Kevin joined the Cancer Drug Discovery laboratory at Prince Henry's Institute as a postdoctoral researcher. In 2009, Kevin received a prestigious international fellowship from the U.S. Department of Defense Breast Cancer Training Program to undergo his research. Kevin in his current role as a Senior Research Officer continues to undergo Breast Cancer research at MIMR-PHI Institute of Medical Research (formally Prince Henry’s Institute) through funding from Cancer Australia and Cure Cancer Australia as a Young Investigator.
