Dr Anju Joham is an endocrinologist at Monash Health, Melbourne. She has established a statewide multidisciplinary PCOS Service based at Monash Health. She is the Deputy Lead of the 2023 Evidence-Based Guideline for the assessment and management of PCOS. Dr Joham is a Senior Research Fellow at the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University, where she is the lead of the PCOS research group. Dr Joham completed her PhD focusing on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, obesity and insulin resistance. In her postdoctoral studies, Dr Joham works with cohort studies with the aim of studying the natural history of PCOS over the reproductive lifespan from adolescence, young adulthood to menopause.
